At the end of 2023, I met the Flairlight Designs Limited team.  They were looking to inject some new energy into the business. And this is what I love to do best 🙂 We started with a vision and values workshop. ⚡ The whole team came together and we discussed hopes and dreams.  We talked about what they love to do.  We also worked through some challenges and the pain points the business were facing. ⚡I also got to know them on a personal level.  What it was that lit the fire in their belly.  What got them out of bed in the morning.
