In a world filled with challenges, some individuals rise above, not only to change their own lives but to inspire countless others. One such story is that of Srikanth Bolla, a true embodiment of resilience, determination, and vision. Born blind to a family of farmers in a small village in Andhra Pradesh, Srikanth faced unimaginable hurdles right from the start. Rejected from prestigious schools due to his disability, he fought the system and earned a spot in one of India's top schools. But his battle didn’t stop there. He went on to become the first blind international student at MIT, one of the most prestigious institutions in the world. After completing his education, Srikanth returned to India with a mission—to empower others who faced similar struggles. He founded Bollant Industries, a company that employs hundreds of disabled individuals and creates eco-friendly packaging solutions. Today, his company is valued in the millions, but more importantly, it’s providing meaningful employment and changing societal attitudes towards disability. 💡 Srikanth's story is a powerful reminder that success isn’t defined by circumstances, but by one’s vision and perseverance. He didn't just break barriers—he created opportunities for others to rise alongside him. As entrepreneurs, Srikanth teaches us that the true measure of success lies not only in personal achievement but in the impact we make on the world around us. 🌍 Let’s take a moment today to celebrate entrepreneurs like Srikanth Bolla who remind us that no obstacle is too big when the will to succeed is strong. #Inspiration #Entrepreneurship #Leadership #InclusiveBusiness #Resilience #Innovation #India #SrikanthBolla #SuccessStory

Exceptions apart, why the kids of only few business communities are successful in entrepreneurship in India? What is that we are not able to teach our children so that they become successful entrepreneurs? This was the question one of my uncles (a retired Govt. officer) asked. He admires my journey and reads a lot about entrepreneurship. I said - long story short – Majority Indian kids spend the most creative years of lives acquiring academic degrees rather than real knowledge. This saps away their brainpower when it comes to creative thinking coupled with the mindset of playing it safe. 90% of Indian kids are under family pressure from childhood to adulthood to make choices that are 'safe' rather than based on instinct. We are book smart and hard-working, but we channelize our energies in finding that elusive safe haven. And then we just hope that someday our kids would do what we couldn't do. And then when we have kids, unknowingly, we press them again on the path to a safe haven rather than free expression. Also, failure in India is a black spot. There is a stigma attached to it. 😌 You just cannot afford to fail. Your failure marks you as the lowest among the low in the social hierarchy no matter how good you are at what you do. Creating the family and social environment where it's ok to fail, and again fail, and again fail…is what those business communities in India are able to create. That’s where other communities are lacking. But our country is changing. I am sure entrepreneurship in India will not be community specific in future... I am a live example of the change. 😊 --- If you want to be a leader in this fast-changing tech environment, follow me Pankaj Srivastava. #startup #india #startupjobs

𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁: 𝗠𝘆 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 My journey began with love for safety and a belief in protecting lives. I worked in different roles, soaking up knowledge about the industry. It amazed me how even the smallest safety equipment could save lives. I wanted to do something meaningful that aligned with my values. Taking the leap into entrepreneurship, I felt the weight of responsibility but my mission was clear-to create top-quality safety equipment that people and industries could rely on. There were times when I doubted my decision and wondered if I had made the right choice. Managing a team, overseeing production, and ensuring quality were all huge tasks. I believed that to succeed, we needed to think outside the box. We focused on research and development, creating products that didn’t just meet standards but also anticipated future needs. It was thrilling to see our ideas come to life and make a real difference. As we grew, so did our reputation. Clients began to notice Monsher India for our dedication to quality and safety. Each positive review motivated us even more. I still remember the day we landed a contract with a major industrial company. Looking back, I realize that entrepreneurship isn’t just about business; it’s about empowerment. I take great pride in mentoring young women who want to enter this field. The journey can be tough, but it’s also filled with amazing opportunities. Today, Monsher India has completed more than 10k projects in Pan India with 6 top collaborations, creating a safer environment and significantly reducing the devastating effects of fire incidents in India. The comfort I once had has turned into a drive for excellence, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. #entrepreneurshipjourney #safetyleadership #MonsherIndia #innovationinsafety #womeninbusiness #mentorship #fireprotection #qualityandexcellence #panIndiaimpact

We lost our HERO! 😔 I am deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Sir Ratan Tata. His contributions to Indian industry and society have left an indelible mark. Sir, my dream of meeting you in person will remain unfulfilled. There are many successful entrepreneurs, but few command the same respect that you did. Your teachings to young entrepreneurs like me are invaluable. You have shown us: —> How to lead in a way that not only elevates our companies but also enhances our country's standing on the global stage. —> The importance of giving back to the society that supports us. —> The necessity of creating an ecosystem that leaves a lasting impact on humanity. Your vision of entrepreneurship is a blessing for our country. India may never have seen a leader like you, but your legacy will inspire a new generation of entrepreneurs who will carry your ideals forward. May you rest in the best place in heaven. #RIPLegend

86% of the younger generation in India aspires to be entrepreneurs. With 356 million youth, we’re the country with the largest youth population in the world. That’s incredible news for the future of our nation. Just imagine where India could go with the right guidance and mentorship for this rising generation of dreamers and doers. This is what I love doing—sharing my experiences and lessons to help shape the next wave of leaders. Every interaction is an opportunity to pass on knowledge and, in return, learn something new myself. Here’s a glimpse of one such interaction at GSB College 👇 Dr. Shikha Agrawal #VijaySays #GSBCollege #Guidance #YouthLeadership #Entrepreneurship #Mentorship #KnowledgeSharing #IndiaYouth #VMManagementAndConsulting

Nehru might have been a teacher loved by his students. But there’s so much even us business owners can learn from him: 👇🏻 1. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐀𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝 Nehru had a long-term vision for India, even when things looked uncertain. Entrepreneurs should also keep their eyes on the future, no matter what challenges today brings. 2. 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭 He was open to new ideas, blending global ideals with Indian values. Similarly, entrepreneurs must stay curious, learning and adapting to a changing world. 3. 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐲 Nehru’s empathy for all, especially minorities and the youth, shaped his policies. Entrepreneurs should also lead with empathy and create solutions that help lift everyone up. 4. 𝐁𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 Building India’s foundation took patience and perseverance. Entrepreneurship is no different—you must have the resilience to see your vision through. 5. 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 Nehru believed in the power of young minds. We can follow his example by mentoring young talent and investing in future leaders. Happy Children’s Day! 🌱 Let’s grow by learning from those who came before us. #growth #learnings #leaders #childrensday
