UX prototype of:JourneyWins - A Travel Planner App Objective:  To provide a comprehensive travel planning tool with gamified elements  that enables users to book travel services, including transportation, accommodations, and experiences,and make travel planning not just convenient but also fun. Feature: Travel Quests - Gamified Travel Planning 1. Quests and Challenges Users are presented with a series of quests or challenges based on their travel preferences and history. These could range from "Visit 3 landmarks in Paris" to "Book a stay in an eco-friendly hotel." The user can obtain the matching accomplishment after completing each of the trip tasks. For example, they can get coupons or travel essentials as rewards. 2. Journey map The user can customize and build a personalized journey map as they begin a certain journey in a nation or region. 3. Modular travel paths The user can further personalize the details of their daily schedules after creating a basic route of travel. They can also check in at each location on the app each time they arrive at sightseeing, earning incentives and achievements similar to those earned in games. 4. Memory album After taking pictures during the trip, users can upload pictures to create a personalized, interactive, and animated album. They can also share the album with friends and others worldwide by posting it on the forum within our app.

Not only does the public administration invest a lot in the rail system, but the company operating it (SBB CFF FFS 👋) is doing wonders with its service ecosystem, making it so easy to travel everywhere in Switzerland. Their outstanding user experience transcends the boundaries of the UX department. An example in three points: 🚆 Countless local transit networks? One ticket shop for the whole country 🚆 One perk of the SBB app is the possibility to buy tickets for any local transit network. Whether you're catching a bus in Zurich or a tram in Basel, the SBB app provides pricing, comprehensive schedules, real-time updates, and synchronized connections. I’ve always had a passion for traveling, but I never thought I’d find myself on the other side of it, working for a company like WillDom.
