👩💻 Women of adjoe: Kate's Story 🌟 The International Women's Day is almost there, and we keep spotlighting the women at adjoe who are making waves in the tech industry. Today is about Ekaterina Glukhovskaia, the Project Manager for our Cloud Engineering team who has always known she wanted a career in IT. And she’s constantly excelling: one of her most empowering moments came early on, tackling a significant bug that threatened to derail a project - more on that in the video👇 Just like Kate, women have always been at the forefront of tech – think Ada Lovelace, recognized as the first computer programmer, or Fei-Fei Li, the AI pioneer. Yet, women are still underrepresented in tech roles globally. The progress is there, but it's essential we keep dismantling the systemic barriers that limit women's access and representation in the industry. Inspired by Kate’s journey, we advocate for more women to explore tech careers. Embracing diverse backgrounds and fostering female leadership are the steps we need to take towards a more innovative, inclusive industry. 🫂 #Womenofadjoe #iwd2024 #internationalwomensday #IWD

𝑺𝑻𝑬𝑨𝑴 𝑨𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒅! As we celebrate the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, I find myself reflecting on a journey that is profoundly personal and immensely gratifying. As a woman in STEM—now more inclusively recognized as STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Medicine)—I am a testament to the transformative power of nurturing a passion for sciences and arts alike. My foundation in science has been the bedrock upon which my career and personal development have been built. It has granted me a way of thinking and strategizing that intertwines the logical with the creative, the analytical with the intuitive. It has prepared me for anything and everything, equipped with logic, analytics, and an enriched way of thinking that I am deeply thankful for. To every girl and woman venturing into or already navigating the realms of STEAM, know that this path is as rewarding as it is challenging. It is a journey worth embarking upon, regardless of any stereotypes or societal norms that suggest otherwise. The notion that maths and science are not for girls is not only outdated but fundamentally wrong. I owe a great deal to the supportive environment my family and community provided, an environment that nurtured my curiosity and ambition. Yet, I know that not everyone is as fortunate. Let's use this day to celebrate not only the achievements of women and girls in science but also to reaffirm our commitment to inclusivity and support in STEAM fields. Let's pledge to mentor, to guide, and to inspire the next generation of women in STEAM, making it clear that their dreams are valid, their ambitions achievable, and their potential limitless. In embracing STEAM, we embrace a future that is diverse, innovative, and inclusive. Here's to the beauty of science, technology, engineering, arts, and medicine—and to the incredible women and girls who explore its depths and reach for its heights. Being a part of Help AG means being at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation, where talent, attitude, and contributions are the keys to success. In this dynamic environment, distinctions based on gender, class, nationality, or color fade away, leaving only your skills and dedication to shine. Help AG champions a culture of inclusivity, working alongside brilliant women both within the company and across our extended ecosystem. At Help AG, we're not just building a safer cyber world; we're also committed to creating a space where more women can join, thrive, and lead in the cybersecurity field. It's an invigorating place to be, where every day offers the opportunity to make a difference alongside the best and brightest minds in the industry. #WomenInScience #STEAM #InternationalDayOfWomenAndGirlsInScience

At Help AG, we take pride in our inclusive community, where gender or any other differentiator holds no sway. Here's a toast to just a very, very short list: Dr. Rumman Chowdhury, Safiya Noble, Ph.D., Timnit Gebru, Fei-Fei Li, Cathy Hackl, Giselle M., Sara M. Watson, Vanessa Mason, Ravit Dotan, PhD, Cortney Harding, B Cavello, Rahaf Harfoush, Dr. Dorothea Baur, Ana Milicevic, Elena Sinel FRSA, Emma Bedor Hiland, Rita J. King, Renée Cummings, Mutale Nkonde, Maria Luciana A., Noelle R., Yael Eisenstat, Kim Crayton, Ruha Benjamin, Kate Crawford, Kara Swisher, Mia Shah-Dand, Professor Sue Black OBE, Dr. Joy Buolamwini, Toju Duke, Sharon Zhou, PhD, Abeba Birhane, Oluwakemi Olurinola. Ph.D, Sara Wachter-Boettcher and so, so many more. Thank you all — and everyone else whose names should be on this — for your contributions. But as we celebrate, let's also remember that there is still work to be done. Too often, the impact of technology at scale on women's experiences is overlooked. We must do better. Let's ensure that technology is designed, developed, and deployed in a way that empowers women and girls around the world. Let's fight for equal access to digital tools and education for all women, regardless of their location or circumstances. Here's to the women who are breaking barriers, challenging norms, and using technology to create a more equitable world. You are the role models for the next generation of tech leaders. #IWD24
