Your worst critic is always the one inside your head. If you have an awesome idea, don’t be put off by that annoying naysayer. List the ifs and buts and deal with each separately, rationally, methodically. In 2017, we’d just come up with a great new way to approach app development for large enterprises. We had no details yet but we decided to present it to clients anyway. At a two day conference. Together in one room. My critic was yelling two things at me: - you can’t present a loose idea to clients - you can’t throw a conference But with a great team on my side I decided to silence the critic and just get on with it. We threw our inaugural two day conference in wine country for multiple clients, their +1s and startups presenting amazing ideas to mix things up. To top it off our idea was embraced by all and workshopped by everyone too. That idea is now an industry trend. The conference became an annual gathering that gets stronger each year. Thanks for all the great work you have done so far! We’re also excited about the prospect of adding a fourth member to our team as a backend developer soon! 3️⃣ 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱: Developing our MVP has been our top priority, and by the end of this month, we’ll achieve this milestone. 4️⃣ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁: We’re thrilled to announce a case study in collaboration with Die AixControl GmbH, benchmarking our MVP with a real-world EV charging station project. 5️⃣ 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 & 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: From PCIM, ECCE, and Electronica fairs to workshops like founder team workshop by Growth Academy GmbH and the legal bootcamp by Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, every event has been an opportunity to learn and grow. Looking ahead, our focus is on testing and refining our MVP through case studies and pilot projects while securing the next stage of financing. None of this would have been possible without the incredible support of our friends, families, and network.
