"Failure is the lack of an opportunity to try again." - Osburne Tavares Until all opportunities are lost, you have not 'Failed'. If someone or a circumstance deprives of the opportunity to try again. Create your own opportunities. Have a don't stop, won't stop, can't stop attitude and in turn you deprive failure the opportunity to exist.

"We may encounter many defeats but we must not be defeated." - Maya Angelou This quote resonates in more ways than one right now. As a wife, mom, friend, employee, military spouse, job seeker, interviewee - a number of things can be deflating in any one of these areas. Especially those we worked super hard to overcome a massive obstacle, to then run into yet another wall as soon as we got over said obstacle. When opportunity presents itself, we must take it. Even if the opportunity doesn't turn out how we expected or had hoped, we can rest easier knowing we put ourselves out there. We may have to work through the associated feelings of defeat, however, we can't live in those feelings forever. We have to try again when the next opportunity presents itself. 🟡If you're stuck in the feelings of defeat, I understand. 🟡If you're afraid to try again out of fear, I understand. 🟡If you're unsure where to go from here, I understand. Know that we don't have to stay in these places and we can support each other through these times of defeat, to not be defeated.

Owning up to things brings a sense of freedom. We are not perfect and need to understand when things need to change. We must acknowledge that we are not perfect and be open to necessary changes. Always remember to keep your chin up and be ready for the next opportunity.

, "If opportunity doesn't knock, build a door." This phrase suggests that instead of waiting passively for opportunities to come your way, you should proactively create your own opportunities. Your version, "When there is not an opportunity door just make it yourself," carries a similar meaning, emphasizing self-initiative and the creation of opportunities rather than waiting for them to appear. The essence of the message is about taking action and being proactive in the pursuit of your goals.

The worst thing that can happen to a man is for opportunity to present itself and meet him unprepared. Do you know where you want to be? Your dreams and goals? Then keep preparing. Preparation and hard work will put you in the best position for when an opportunity may come. Preparation does not guarantee success, but without preparation, your chances of succeeding are slim. Don’t just passively await opportunities, however favorable you think they might be. Chase them, relentlessly, refine and improve your game, grow and learn from your failures, then continue chasing.

When nobody is knocking, do you tend to check the door? Now, what about if you were excitedly expecting someone? Most likely you would be peering through the windows, listening for a knock, and perhaps even opening up the door to check if they were outside yet. THAT is the difference and the exact attitude we must have! So many people have such a yearning for more, a desire for more, to be, do, or have more! Very often, whether they are aware of it or not, they don’t ACTIVELY seek it out! “When will my opportunity come?” “How long will I have to wait?” Notice the passivity in the statements. We need to stop being the same, doing the same, and waiting for some magic to transform us. We ARE the magic! And until we show up as such for ourselves, we may be simply unaware of the opportunities waiting for us. We need to actively seek it out! We need to actively pursue it! We need to stop waiting for a knock and instead keep our eyes open looking to greet the opportunity that’s there for us.

Every opportunity you let pass by is a chance you’ll never get back. Don’t let fear or hesitation hold you back from reaching your full potential. Take the leap, embrace the challenge, and seize every opportunity that comes your way.🌟 1. "Don't miss out on opportunities! You automatically lose the chances you don't take. 2. "The biggest risk is not taking any risk... You automatically lose the chances you don't take. 3. "Opportunities don't wait for anyone! You automatically lose the chances you don't take. 4. "The only way to guarantee failure is to not try at all. You automatically lose the chances you don't take. 5. "Don't let fear hold you back! You automatically lose the chances you don't take.

Are you chasing opportunity or operating in purpose? Not every opportunity is from God, and not every open door is meant to be walked through. (Rev. 3:8) Sometimes the enemy uses good opportunities to distract you from God’s purpose. Discernment is key—are you chasing opportunities because they look good, or are you moving in alignment with God’s calling? When you chase opportunities outside of His will, you’ll find yourself off course. But when you move in purpose, doors open that no man can shut. Stop chasing what’s good and start moving in what’s God. The right opportunities will come when you’re aligned with His purpose.

Opportunity. Its not- “being in the right place at the right time” It is - “being the right person in the right place at the right time” It doesn’t just happen. You need to be the person that can recognise opportunity. You need to be the person that can take the opportunity. You need to be the person that can cultivate an opportunity. To be the person that can do all three it takes work. Preparations that you might not even recognise as preparations at the time. Eyes open. Mind broad.

How will you show up when that moment comes? There are some opportunities we fail to recognise because of how they are dressed. The best we can do is to make the most of each opportunity, however small it may seem. Lose yourself in the moment.

Give your all to the opportunity. Opportunity. What is opportunity? What do you think opportunity means? Or what do you think qualifies something as an opportunity? To me, an opportunity is simply a chance. A chance to act toward a mission or an outcome. Opportunity is everywhere. It is all around you, all the time. Opportunity sparks hope. It ignites your internal force to work. To commit. To sacrifice. At all costs, put your best foot forward. That is what giving your all to the opportunity means. The thing that screws most people up, though, is the expectation that the “perfect” one is out there. The truth, though, is that no opportunity is perfect. In reality, it is the very same imperfections that create the so-called “perfect one.” It is in your ability to overcome, withstand, and ultimately thrive in spite of those imperfections. See, opportunities come and go. You will choose to pursue some that don’t lead you to where you want. In those times, another opportunity will arise. That cycle will continue to repeat itself. As it does, soon enough, you will find the right one—the opportunity that ends up being everything you were looking for and more. The only way you will know if it’s truly meant for you is if you give it your absolute all. You won’t know it right away, though. You won’t know it until you go all in. Until you give your absolute all to something, how can you truly say if it is for you or not? I get it. There are challenges within this chance that scare you. There are conditions that seem maybe just a bit too much to overcome. It might just be a bit too far out of your comfort zone. While all of that is true, you still owe it to yourself to give your all to it. If you say yes, if you agree to take it on, how dare you give anything less than your all? That is straight BS if you do. So how do you give your all to the opportunity? Commit to never being outworked. Embrace the price you have to pay. Surrender to the struggle and sacrifice required. Overcome the discomfort that comes with change. Lose your mind in the moment, in the work, in the opportunity Whatever opportunity is in front of you right now deserves your best. It deserves your all. Anything less is nothing but a disgrace; you are better than that.
