From parades and celebrations to profound conversations and community gatherings, every moment has been a testament to the resilience and strength of the LGBTQ+ community.    Highlights from #Pride2024:  🎉 Marched in Pride parades that lit up cities with joy and solidarity.  💬 Heartfelt stories shared by brave individuals at the International Pride Day meeting.  🌟 Inspiring activism supporting inclusion and acceptance.  ⚾️ Cheered on the Miami Marlins at the Pride at the Park game.  🚴 Participated in the Virtual 52-mile bike run.  🤝 Volunteered at the Cincinnati Pride festival.  🏳️🌈 Decorated work cubicles with Pride flags.    A huge thank you to our LGBTQ+ Business Employee Resource Group for making this a Pride Month to remember. In honor of Juneteenth, the longest-running African American holiday marking the end of slavery in the U.S., ADT employees in Irving, Texas attended a fantastic event hosted by our Black Business Employee Resource Group. This event was filled with meaningful conversations over great food—the dishes were chosen for their significance to the Black community. During every Miami Marlins' Tuesday home game this season, we proudly honor our "Hero of the Game," highlighting the selfless service of military members, police officers, and firefighters. On May 22nd, we celebrated retired Navy Chief Warrant Officer Dr. Anthony D. Atwood, Ph.D., who served aboard the USS Dixon, USS Conquest, and USS Bolster. On June 4th, we highlighted retired Air Force Colonel Paul Conner, CEO of Tierra Group in Fort Lauderdale, FL, who leads a specialized team of scientists and analysts. ADT employees had fun kicking off Pride Month, through our partnership with the Miami Marlins. ✨🏳️🌈    Members of our LGBTQ+ Business Employee Resource Group attended the Pride at the Park game. In addition to cheering on the Marlins, they built connections and celebrated our diverse community. "The LGBTQ+ BERG provides opportunities to engage and educate for a better ADT," said Melissa Stone, IT Specialist at ADT.    June is a time of celebration and reflection, honoring the vibrant history and ongoing journey toward equality for the LGBTQ+ community.
