BTE Alert !!! (Best of the Best Team Ever) As previously announced last month, I will be posting a slide calling out members of my crew (THE BEST TEAM EVER !!!) every month. These names are based upon submissions to me in 3 categories…and again, I want to call out that to pick the persons and stories from my crew is a daunting task…I am blessed to be a part of a team of amazing people. The catogories are… All Star Performers: Pretty Self Explanatory. While our team always posts great results, market beating results…these individuals are called out for posting results that shock and surprise their management team…in a good way. Team Work Award: Again pretty self explanatory except that what I love about this is when people show this quality…it means that they lead by example. They exhibit a quality we cherish at TDSynnex And lastly Going the Extra Mile…which is now named the “Damon Mims Award”…TDSynnex recently lost one of our team un-expectedly. And at the suggestion of the team, we’ve named the award in his honor, based upon what he was known for…taking that extra time, extra effort, to make something positive happen. The above are all qualities that are part of what make up the BTE, the Best Team Ever !!!
