At thetrustbridge we have been discussing the upcoming regulation, DORA, (the Digital Operational Reslience Act) and to which organizations it applies. DORA creates a regulatory framework for digital operational resilience whereby primarily financial organizations need to make sure they can withstand, respond to and recover from all types of ICT-related disruptions and threats. However, many organizations are within the supply chain to financial services operations so who else does it apply to ? UK / EU / USA? I have said this for sometime now, how do you know if your IT security stance is actually effective if you haven't tested it? I can't think of one company that didn't find a few key vulnerabilities that were found once reviewing their penetration test report. If you haven't had a thorough test, please get one scheduled soon. It's IT budget well spent, and if you don't have an expert to help, let my team at Xceptional schedule this for you. #Xceptionaldifference #penentrationtest #cybersecurity
Is your company required to conduct a penetration test for compliance purposes? Xceptional is here to help with the assessment and support in implementing any necessary remediation measures!

New Cybersecurity requirements in force for CE marking The Radio Equipment Directive (RED) 2014/53/EU regulates the radio equipment market in the European Union, establishing essential requirements to ensure safety, electromagnetic compatibility, and efficient use of the radio spectrum. In April 2022, the European Commission published an update to the RED Directive, introducing significant changes through Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/30, which incorporated the following cybersecurity-related articles: 3.3(d), 3.3(e), and 3.3(f). These modifications introduce new obligations aimed at improving the security of connected radio devices and strengthening the protection of consumers and networks. #FakeAlert #MisleadingContent 3 days ago we came across a post here (https://lnkd.in/gucBgaHY) which was posted by one Ms. Sakshi Singhal. Even by a cursory reading, it seems full of vested agendas and deceitful propaganda and a feeble attempt to create a malicious campaign against our Company TMF. At TMF, we value our work as well as our employees and we strive to give our employees an environment which could enable them to achieve the best possible for themselves as well the organization and for this reason alone, we have more than 200 people working for themselves and the Company. However, in the said post, the said individual has tried to defame our company and has tried to damage the morale of our employees, who take pride in working with TMF. The maliciousness of the said post can be observed by the fact that the OP didn't even try to contact any concerned person from TMF, in order to know about the veracity of the so called claims of her so called friend whose name she did not even take in her post, clearly proving that the said post is nothing more than a one sided malicious campaign against our Company and has been written purely for propaganda on behalf of few ex-employees who could not do their jobs properly and professionally and now, instead of working on their own shortcomings, have chosen to attack the Company on the basis of falsehoods. There is not even an iota of truth in the allegations leveled by the OP in her post and it is a clear attempt to sabotage the reputation of TMF and defame the Company. I hereby ask the OP to remove her post from LinkedIn within 24 hours and make a public apology, or else we would hand over the matter to our legal department to take appropriate action against you. #FraudAlert, #ScamAwareness, #DefamationAlert, #StopHarassment, #ProtectReputation, #StayInformed, #OnlineIntegrity, #ResponsiblePosting, #TruthMatters, #FactCheck, #FalseAccusations, #CorporateIntegrity, #EthicsMatter, #TheMediaFlair
