Companies invest in leadership training proactively, because they know how important it is to have great leaders running their organization. Companies invest in safety training proactively, because they know how important it is to have a safe working environment. Many companies TALK ABOUT how important great talent is to their business, but they don’t invest in recruitment training UNLESS they have vacancies. 🤔

When designing a strategic peacebuilding project, it is important to have a comprehensive understanding of the problems the communities are facing, including identifying what are the technical and the adaptive challenges, which are concepts from the Adaptive Leadership practice. These challenges form the foundation upon which impactful and sustainable change can be built.

Community-led Initiatives Design and Implementation Training: A Tool for Local Leadership and Peacebuilding. We proudly completed our online training on “Design and Implement Community Initiatives for Local Peace Resources”, where we empowered peace resources from local teams and leaders to develop collaborative community initiatives that promote peace and stability in their communities. Community-led initiatives are one of the most important tools that give individuals and teams the opportunity to take on a leadership role and positively impact their local environment in the peacebuilding process. When community members lead initiatives that target their immediate needs, they enhance spirit of collective responsibility, and enable peace is at the local level. This training provided the opportunity for participants to learn and exchange ideas on how to design and implement sustainable and effective initiatives that respond to the challenges facing the community, build bridges of trust between community members, and contribute to achieving their development through better growth and sustainability. #Local_Peace_Resources #Community_led_Initiatives_Design_and_Implementation #Northwest_Syria #Idlib
