After five years of hard work and determination, Aerolab have officially become a certified B Corp. For those unfamiliar, a B Corp certification means we’re meeting high standards in social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. But it's more than just a title—it's about balancing purpose and profit, ensuring our impact on the world is positive. This has always been a personal vision of mine, and seeing it come to life feels incredible. The certification gives us a structure to make better, more thoughtful decisions. It challenges us to be more transparent and responsible, not just internally but with everyone we work with—clients, partners, and our own team. And honestly, it's about more than just the business. It's about building something meaningful that attracts the right people—those who care about more than just the bottom line. Now comes the real challenge: keeping ourselves in check, constantly improving, and making sure we don’t just meet the standards but set them.

🔟 Ten years ago, Treedom proudly achieved B Corp certification, becoming just the second Italian company to earn this prestigious status, with an impressive score of 122.4. This milestone came at a pivotal moment for the B Corp movement in Italy, when the concept of a business that actively creates positive social and environmental impact was still relatively unknown. 🌱 Back then, Treedom’s certification marked the early days of the B Corp movement in both Italy and Europe. At the time, very few companies had embraced this innovative approach, and one of the biggest challenges was demonstrating to the market that businesses focusing on social and environmental impact could also be financially sustainable.
