Santos, the South Australian oil and gas company, is cutting 200 jobs due to delays in growth activities. Most of the affected roles are in the company's Perth office. The cuts are a result of late-life asset closures, increased focus on decommissioning activities, and delays in new project approvals. The announcement of this news will allow Woodside to continue to support local and global energy security and regional development opportunities in the Pilbara in northern Western Australia.
