🙌 Hands up who is still leak testing their packs by squeezing by hand or using a bubble tank? The below video shows a bulk bag of cheese with NO GAS, being leak tested using the Dansensor Lippke 5000. The Lippke 5000 allows you to conduct burst, leak, creep and bubble tests for sealed bags / pouches and trays and gives you the ability to conduct your own validated burst / leak and bubble tests, with or without a modified atmosphere. It will objectively give you a pass or a fail result for burst and leak and allow you to identify under and over sealing so you can optimise packaging machines and you can test packs fresh from production or on the supermarket shelves. In my 18th year in the packaging machinery industry, 17 of those were spent squeezing bags or using a bubble tank to prove there's no leaks🙄 Since joining Tendring pacific Ltd I have learnt alot about how to leak test and make a objective decision if there is a leak or not...I wish I knew the Dansensor Lippke 5000 existed prior 😥. #leaktesting
