In Kenya, understanding intersectionality is vital for addressing issues that affect women, minorities, and marginalized groups. Advocates must recognize that solutions need to be inclusive and holistic. For example, gender-based violence disproportionately affects women, especially those from marginalized communities. Yesterday I had the privilege of attending our #SRAG quarterly event in Birmingham. Welsh employers 🏴 what are you doing about social value in your business? Are you shaping the future of talent and communities? Whether you are or you aren’t, it’s never to late but now really is the time for you to start thinking about society and how we can create a real difference by coming together and working in collaboration with the amazing partners and social enterprises. The future of our young people, following the results of the England youth census is bleak and I can only imagine how bleak this picture looks in our Welsh landscape.
