🌿 Intiland's Sustainability Report 2023: Overcoming Challenges, Delivering Growth 🌿 We're thrilled to share the highlights from our project, PT Intiland Development Tbk's #sustainabilityreport 2023, showcasing our client's commitment to sustainable development and responsible business practices. Here are some key highlights: 🔋 Environmental Stewardship: - Intiland has managed to keep the #energyintensity of its two office buildings and four apartment buildings below 200 kWh/m² in 2023. - In 2023, Intiland reduced organic waste by 300 tonnes across all properties. - Installed EV charger stations in five properties. - South Quarter received Greenship Gold for Existing Building for the period of 2022-2025 from Green Building Council Indonesia. 👥 Social Responsibility: - The company carried out 43 CSR activities, providing an average Social Return on Investment (SROI) value of 1.1. - The building management of the 1Park Avenue apartment successfully maintained a #5Saudit score above 80% for two consecutive years. - 98% of customers expressed satisfaction with services based on survey results from 7 properties. - In 2023, there were zero cases of non-compliance related to marketing communications and product information, health and safety regulations, sanctions, and data privacy breaches. 📊 Governance and Transparency: - Strengthened #stakeholder engagement and ethical business practices. - The Sustainability Committee includes senior management from various divisions like Quality and Continuous Improvement, Risk, Finance, Internal Audit, Planning, and Corporate Secretary. - The Board of Directors, the Board of Commissioners, and Company Committees ensure policies comply with regulations and approve all major policies and projects. - Adhered to POJK 51/2017 and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards for clear and transparent reporting. As one of the contributors to the Sustainability Report, Sustainahaus is proud to be involved in Intiland's sustainability journey. Therefore, Mogilska 35 is ideal for tenants looking for a location that meets the growing #ESG needs. ℹ️ #BREEAM is the most recognized certificate in the area of #sustainable #construction in Poland. The requirements focus on ten areas: management, reduction of energy and water consumption, reduction of waste and pollution, land use and ecology, materials, transportation, innovation and also health and well-being. To reduce energy and water consumption, electric valves were implemented in the sanitary facilities of the office building, as well as a BMS system and a rainwater collection system. The planning also included measures to support rational waste management.
