The Dehradun Declaration was signed and drafted during the 6th World Congress on Disaster Management 28 Nov -1 Dec 2023. The theme of the 6th WCDM was 'Strengthening Climate Action & Disaster Resilience - Special focus on Mountain Ecosystems & Communities'.
