As mentioned earlier, sustainability at events extends beyond ecological concerns; it encompasses various dimensions, including economic sustainability. Economic sustainability is a vital aspect of responsible event planning, ensuring that events benefit not only organizers but also the communities they engage. Supporting the local economy by hiring local vendors and suppliers fosters community connections while simultaneously reducing costs and environmental impact. Cost-efficient planning, such as minimizing waste and energy use, not only saves money but also promotes a more sustainable event model. Ethical employment practices, including fair wages and safe working conditions, contribute to a positive social impact, while accessible ticket options ensure inclusivity and equity for diverse audiences. By embracing these principles, event planners can create meaningful experiences that leave a lasting legacy for both people and the planet. Need help making your event economically sustainable? Crafting Experiences, Not Just Events!!! Being an event manager isn’t just about ticking off tasks or following a checklist—it’s so much more. It’s about diving deep into what my clients truly want and creating something that feels just right for them. This year has been a whirlwind of massive choices—big ideas, bold decisions, and a whole lot of heart. Every event was a chance to craft not just a gathering but an experience. Whether it was the vibe of the setup or those small details that tug at emotions, the goal was always to leave people feeling something real. It’s easy for events to feel like just another transaction, but I believe they should be transformational. They should stick with you, long after the lights go out and the stage is packed up. 2024 has been all about making those moments count. Here’s to curating more unforgettable experiences and creating memories that truly last. Cheers to what’s next! #EventManagement #ClientExperience #CreatingMoments #PassionForEvents #2024end #2025 #Ladyboss

How LuxeLoom Event Planning Began: My Story ✨ I founded LuxeLoom Event Planning out of a deep passion for creating unforgettable experiences. There’s something truly magical about events; they have the power to create lasting memories, and at the end of the day, it’s these moments that enrich our lives the most. Indeed, I have always been the person in the room who takes the lead to plan any sort of event anywhere I have been; back in high school, University and even in my last job. Even if it was a little gathering, there I was with my raised hand, planning all the logistics for a basic reunion. When I leapt into entrepreneurship, stepping away from stability was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made. I didn’t just want to start a business; I wanted to build something with purpose, something that would offer my clients more than just fleeting happiness. I envisioned LuxeLoom as a company that would craft experiences clients carry with them for a lifetime. In the beginning, I dove headfirst into extensive research. I sought feedback from friends on every detail, from logos to names, and created a strategy to launch LuxeLoom digitally. My goal was simple: to ensure that LuxeLoom’s mission and vision were clear from the start. As the business took shape, events started coming in, the team grew, and inquiries followed; though they didn’t always stay. That’s when I learned one of my biggest lessons: success in this industry isn’t linear. Some months are quieter, and that’s when you have to shift focus. Maybe it’s time to chase clients instead of waiting for them, or maybe it’s a moment to strengthen the sales strategy rather than just focusing on digital content. It’s all about adapting. The journey has been incredibly tough; I won’t sugarcoat it. But something deep inside pushes me to stay committed to my passion. LuxeLoom Event Planning is all about showcasing reality and authenticity, paired with elegance and uniqueness. I truly desire and work for every event we create to live forever in the minds of our clients. 🧠 💫 #EventPlanning #Entrepreneurship #Events

We’ve all been there: you book a window seat on a flight ✈️ , excited to enjoy the view, only to realize there’s no window—just a blank wall. 😑 Disappointing, right? That same letdown happens when an event doesn’t live up to expectations. You show up hoping for inspiration 🥰 , connection, or even just a 💫 memorable experience, but instead, you leave feeling underwhelmed 🫠 . At Imagine Experience, we believe events should never feel like a "missing window." They should deliver on the promise of excitement, creativity, and connection. From the moment someone walks through the door, every detail should align with the experience they’re expecting—and then go above and beyond. We feel so strongly about it, setting expectations and delivering on them starts long BEFORE the event actually starts. 👉 Curious how we do it? Ask me how. #EventDesign #ImagineExperience #ConciergeService #eventprofs #meetingsandevents #travel

💡Planning an impactful conference, strategic session, or corporate well-being retreat? The difference between an event that inspires and one that falls flat lies in the details. Having organized more than 450 events of all types from large-scale conferences, panel discussions and official protocol receptions to business events, teambuilding activities and well-being retreats, I know what makes them truly impactful. Here are my five key tips for #eventplanner to succeed! 🔹Start with the "why". Before diving into concept, agenda and venue, clarify the event’s purpose. Do you design it to drive change, connect or inspire? Since you have a clear vision of impact and the event’s vibe, you will design it with proper set-up and components. 🔹Know your audience in details. Deep understanding of attendees’ expectations is a key to make your event personalized and meaningful. Delivering tailor content, inspiring speakers or experts who resonate with your audience, as well as applying specific engagement tactics will bring desired outcomes and attendees’ satisfaction. 🔹Small details make a difference. Attention to detail in venue selection, agenda flow, tech setup, and catering can make or break an event. Even, small details like personalized badges, thoughtful breaks or cosy networking space with charging station can leave a lasting impression. 🔹Find your WOW–effect activity or element of the agenda. Create emotional attachment by producing some unforgettable and tailored to the audience experience. It will make your event memorable. 🔹Event’s Vibe is important. Regardless the type of the event always think about the atmosphere and aesthetic you should create to make it special and personalized. Designing impactful events requires passion, precision, and purpose. But when it done properly and with a personal touch, the outcomes can inspire innovation and changes, transform businesses and teams, drive individual growth. ✔️What is your go-to strategy for making events memorable? Rethinking 'Passion' in Hospitality Is "passion" becoming the most overused and hollow buzzword in our industry? I find myself cringing whenever I see it in job descriptions or hear it spoken. But why? While it's an emotive word, what does it truly mean in the context of hospitality? Merriam-Webster offers two interpretations: 1. An intense, driving, or overmastering feeling or conviction 2. A strong liking or desire for or devotion to some activity, object, or concept My aversion stems from these very definitions. An 'overmastering feeling or conviction' suggests a single-minded focus, potentially blinding us to critical business realities. As hospitality businesses navigate through unprecedented disruption, is such a narrow perspective what we need? What's more, does harbouring a devotion to a singular concept risk ignoring what's fundamentally broken in your business model? Let's be clear: having a vision or purpose is absolutely fundamental to a successful hospitality business. It's what sets you apart and drives your team forward. However, vision alone isn't enough. It needs to be underpinned by a structurally sound operating framework to truly succeed. To transform your vision into a thriving business, let's focus on these critical P's alongside your passion: 1. People: Gain a deep understanding of your customers and their needs. Then, build your team's capabilities to meet these expectations. 2. Presence: Ensure an integrated approach to customer experience through thoughtful venue design and presentation, strategic brand positioning, and a robust online presence. 3. Profit: Develop a business model that's fit for purpose in today's landscape. Discard outdated margin formulas and embrace dynamic financial management. By balancing your vision with these three pillars, you can create a sustainable, profitable hospitality business that truly serves its customers and communities while staying true to its purpose. Love to hear your thoughts! #HospitalityBusiness #AdaptiveStrategy #CustomerCentricGrowth #ProfitableHospitality
