Bringing Diwali to the Global Stage: A Celebration of Light, Connection, and Growth 🌏✨ Diwali—India’s “Festival of Lights”—is more than just a holiday; it’s a celebration of resilience, renewal, and collective joy. Traditionally, Diwali is about lighting diyas 🪔 to dispel darkness, sharing sweets to express gratitude, and spending time with loved ones. But as we live and work in a globally connected world, Diwali has become a way for us to share these values across borders and in our workplaces. Here’s what Diwali can mean for the corporate world: 🌱 Growth and Renewal: Diwali marks a new beginning, much like setting fresh goals and clearing out outdated practices for something better. 🤝 Building Connections: Just like gathering with family, Diwali in the workplace brings colleagues closer, whether it’s a quick catch-up over coffee or a full celebration with the team. 🌍 Cultural Diversity: As more workplaces embrace Diwali, it becomes a unique opportunity to share traditions, bridging cultures and fostering inclusivity. So, as we light diyas this year, let’s remember the bigger picture—creating a work environment that thrives on growth, connection, and mutual respect. Happy Diwali to everyone, near and far! 🌟💼 #Diwali2024 #FestivalOfLights #GlobalWorkplace #CulturalConnection #InclusiveWorkplaces #NewBeginnings #CrossCulturalCelebration #CelebrateTogether #HappyDiwali 🎉

✨ Diwali at Work: A Celebration of Growth, Self-Love, and Team Spirit ✨ As we wrapped up our Diwali celebrations at office yesterday, I couldn’t help but reflect on how different—and better—this one felt. Last year’s Diwali was special, but this year I wanted to elevate it, adding a layer of personal growth and self-love. By embracing these values, I discovered a few things that made this Diwali more meaningful: 1. Prioritizing Self-Love 💖 Taking time for self-love isn’t always easy, especially with all the work and planning that goes into a big celebration. But this time, I made it a priority. I reflected on how I wanted to show up—not just for the team, but for myself. Investing in my well-being created a more positive energy that radiated into everything I did. The result? A presence that felt authentic and joyful. 2. Bringing Real Vibes to the Celebration ✨ When you’re your best self, it shows—and others feel it, too. Showing up in this way created a different kind of vibe for our Diwali celebration. I found that just being genuine and relaxed encouraged others to feel comfortable and excited. It was amazing to see everyone connect and celebrate with a shared enthusiasm, and the entire atmosphere felt brighter. 3. Elevating Team Participation 🌟 With a more engaging vibe, team participation naturally increased. Seeing everyone join in and feel genuinely excited to celebrate was incredibly rewarding. It reminded me how taking time for personal growth isn’t just about individual benefits—it has a ripple effect. When we invest in ourselves, we bring a sense of purpose and positivity that inspires those around us. Reflecting on this year’s Diwali, I feel grateful for the growth and the joy we shared as a team 💗This celebration taught me that sometimes, the best way to uplift others is to start with yourself. Here’s to more moments filled with light, growth, and the warmth of true connection! 🌟✨ #DiwaliReflection #SelfLove #TeamSpirit #CelebratingGrowth

As we prepare to celebrate Diwali, a festival brimming with joy and brightness, let's consider the invaluable lessons it offers for our corporate journeys: 🌟 Lighting the Way Forward: Just like Diwali's diyas illuminate the darkness, let's strive to bring clarity and positivity to our teams and projects, guiding them through uncertainties with purpose and direction. 🔄 The Power of Renewal: Diwali signifies new beginnings, urging us to shed old patterns that hinder growth. It's vital to assess, evolve, and focus on enhancing our skills, mindset, and strategies in our careers. 🤝 Unity and Team Spirit: Diwali emphasizes togetherness. In the corporate world, genuine teamwork and collaboration are the pillars of successful projects and rewarding careers. 🙏 Gratitude and Appreciation: Rooted in gratitude, Diwali teaches us to be thankful for lessons learned, progress made, and the people around us. A simple 'thank you' can uplift morale and fortify relationships. 🎉 Celebrating Wins, Big and Small: Just as Diwali is a jubilation, every achievement at work deserves celebration. Recognizing personal and professional milestones fosters a positive and motivated workplace. Let's infuse our professional spaces with the warmth, light, and positivity of Diwali this season, embracing these enriching lessons in our corporate endeavors. #Diwali

Diwali Vibes & Team Ties! 🪔✨ This year, I got to experience Diwali celebrations not only within my own organization but also enjoyed the festive spirit with another team. It was a time full of fun, lights, and laughter, but most importantly, it was a chance to bond with my coworkers on a whole new level.✨ Celebrating together isn’t just about enjoying sweets and sparklers; it’s about building strong connections and a positive work culture. Here’s what makes celebrating with the team so meaningful: 🎉 Stronger Bonding: Getting together for festive occasions breaks the routine and helps us see each other beyond our work roles. It creates a sense of belonging and mutual respect. 💡 Boosted Morale: A bit of fun and celebration rejuvenates everyone, making the team feel more energized and motivated when we’re back to work. 🤝 Better Collaboration: When we share these moments, we understand each other better, which naturally leads to improved teamwork and collaboration. 😊 Creates Lasting Memories: Celebrations are more than events; they are memories that remind us of the good times, even on tough days. This Diwali taught me that coming together as a team is truly something to celebrate. Here’s to many more shared moments and continued success! 🪔✨ Happy Diwali to all! 🌼💫 #DiwaliCelebration #TeamBuilding #WorkCulture #HappyDiwali

This Diwali, Let’s Focus on Partnerships, Not Presents! Like the way how IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) articulated it in a simple email. In the spirit of Diwali, many look forward to exchanging gifts as a gesture of appreciation. But this year, we’re embracing a different tradition—a No Gift Policy. While we truly value our relationships with clients, partners, and associates, we believe that the essence of a strong partnership doesn’t lie in material gifts. Instead, it’s built on trust, collaboration, and shared success. This Diwali, let’s celebrate what really matters: - Strengthened relationships - Mutual growth - Meaningful exchanges of ideas Instead of gifts, we look forward to continuing our journey together—driven by shared values and goals. Wishing everyone a bright and prosperous Diwali! #Diwali2024 #NoGiftPolicy #ClientRelationships #CelebrateWithPurpose #PartnershipsMatter

✨ Celebrating Diwali Together: Lighting the Way to Inclusivity and Growth ✨ As we celebrate Diwali, the festival of lights, it’s a wonderful reminder of the power of light, unity, and renewal in our lives and workplaces. In HR, much like the essence of Diwali, we strive to bring light to every corner of our organizations—fostering environments where every individual feels valued, heard, and celebrated. This time of year provides a beautiful opportunity for us to embrace diversity and build cultural awareness within our teams. Here’s how we can all bring the spirit of Diwali into our workplaces: Celebrate Together: Host inclusive festivities that encourage everyone to participate and share their cultural experiences. Appreciate Every Team Member: Use this time to express gratitude, acknowledge hard work, and celebrate achievements. 𝗔 𝗚𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗽𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗬𝗲𝘁 💝 This Diwali, we experienced a moment of both pride and nervous excitement at Poshte. We were entrusted with our 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 — 𝟭,𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗴𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗯𝗼𝘅𝗲𝘀 — a responsibility we knew would be challenging, but one we couldn’t turn down. Honestly, when the order came in, I had not just cold but freezing feet. We already had commitments for multiple corporate orders for Diwali, and we honestly hadn't done an order of this size before. The scale was overwhelming, but we took it on with everything we had. Every single member of our team worked tirelessly — 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 — non-stop. There were blisters on hands, long working hours, and a sense of urgency like never before but everyone was doing with immense joy and excitement. Why? Because we knew this wasn’t just another order. We were delivering a special Diwali experience, and there was no room for delays. While we didn’t have time to capture all the moments (this video is a glimpse into the mountain of work), the journey itself was unforgettable. This milestone marks a huge leap forward for us, as we’ve multiplied our corporate clientele this year and received love for the quality and passion we pour into our products. To everyone who believe in us and vendors who supported us — 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗬𝗼𝘂. It’s your trust and support that motivates us to keep going, push our limits, and keep growing. We’re just getting started. #PoshteJourney #Diwali2024 #CorporateSuccess #Teamwork #HardWorkPaysOff #QualityMatters #Grateful #GrowingWithYou CA Jubilee Raina Saraf

🪔 Happy Diwali to everyone celebrating today! 🪔 This half-term has been all about Diwali for us—getting the house ready, cooking delicious food, and sharing stories to pass on my culture to the kids. It’s a special time but also reminds me of the nostalgia that festivals bring, especially when you are far away from your family and country. It is the stories, traditions, and shared values that keep culture alive and vibrant, generation after generation. This got me thinking: In the same way that cultural connections inspire us to go above and beyond, the best company cultures do too. True organisational culture isn’t just about values on a poster or high-level initiatives from the top; it’s about a deeply embedded culture that drives people to bring their best, connect with purpose, and pass on those values to others. So, does your organisation inspire employees to go the extra mile? Or is it simply a checkbox exercise disconnected from day-to-day reality? I leave you to reflect on it while I go and enjoy some sweets! 😊 #diwali #culture #values #motivation #engagement #productivity #coaching #organisationculture

Happy ⚓️ Day from Brand Momentum ! Also a very very VERY happy Diwali 🪔 to everyone celebrating! Todays ⚓️ was jam packed! We kicked off with an amazing presentation from the president of Halo Top Canada Anne-Marie Docherty who gave us amazing insights on customer service and excellence! My top 3 favourite takeaways: ✅ The 24 hour rule! If there is something that needs to be actioned from a client or customer immediately, do it within 24 hours. If you are experiencing a situation that requires regrouping, wait 24 hours before any follow up and outreach. Giving ourselves time and grace to mentally process and brainstorm on effective next steps. ✅ Understand client communication preferences. Communication is not a one size fits all, understand early on how your client/ customer prefers to be approached to enrich interactions moving forward. ✅ When writing an email that is being sent externally ask yourself, “how would I feel if this email was posted in the newspaper “. Using this thought track as a guideline on how to frame language, tone and intent After the amazing session concluded, we were invited to experience, learn and celebrate with our fellow colleagues who were celebrating Diwali! A day full of goodness, laughs , learning and sweet eats! #BrandMomentum#Goodness
