I can probably speak for about 100 people and say, "Thank God that happened, because now, I'm in a much, much, better place!" I've never personally spoke to Justin, however I've worked with most the staff when onboarding clients. The statement "Agent First" is real. It's rare, but some people are just honest. After joining Pay Compass on January 1. I've come to the conclusion it's a very honest statement when Justin says he is treating reps the way he wanted to be treated. Also, Chad Rapper, great source of help! Very open in sharing and providing information. Not the typical, "Did you look here or try looking here" Answers. So I appreciate one call Solutions and not scavenger hunts for help. Anyone looking for a brand to be proud of I found it here
