As we continue on our Cardio Health Challenge journey, I want to take a moment to reflect on this year's goals. Specifically, my New Year's resolutions. My resolution was to: - take walks more often - drink at least a litre of water daily - take fruits at least once a week - eat home cooked food at least four to fives times a week - take at least an hour nap in the afternoons Honestly, I was able to achieve most of my goals. However, there's always room for improvement! Next year, I'm focusing on smaller, achievable goals. Here are some ideas: - Take more walks - Drink at least a litre of water daily - Eat fruits and vegetables twice daily - Practice healthy eating and cut down on those junks What about you?
