Harnessing Collective Creativity: Insights from Our Weekly CI Meeting
Today, I had the pleasure of attending our weekly Continuous Improvement (CI) meeting with the team here in the UK. The energy and enthusiasm were palpable as we reviewed the numerous opportunities submitted by our dedicated employees.
At Neovia, we are committed to a process that captures the creativity of our workforce, driving continuous optimization. This approach not only allows us to identify valuable opportunities but also empowers every team member to have a voice in improving our processes and environment. After all, ten heads are always better than one.
The collaborative spirit and innovative ideas shared during these meetings are a testament to the incredible talent within our organization. By fostering an inclusive environment where every suggestion is valued, we are able to continuously enhance our operations and achieve greater efficiency.

Celebrating Wynn Saengsook’s Incredible Achievement! 🚀
I’m celebrating my amazing coachee, Wynn, who just received the Revenue Leader Award 2024 for generating $1.89 million USD (over 65 million THB) in sales for tridorian !!
It was an honor to serve as Wynn’s Executive Coach for six months last year.
During that time, I also had the pleasure of coaching Tridorian’s Thailand team.
Each team member received 1-on-1 executive coaching with me as part of the agreement, designed to help them to unlock their potential: more productive, more resilient, more connection, more joy, less mental effort, less struggle, and less stress.
You might be wondering:
“What did you coach Wynn on to help him achieve this result?”
- Building habits for success? No.
- Developing a positive mindset? No.
- Sales and negotiation strategies? No.
- Goal setting and accountability? No.
What? Why not? Because he could already do all of those things.
When I met Wynn, I saw his potential as a star player, he already had the skills to thrive - he just needed guidance on focusing his strengths through a deeper understanding of how his mind works.
Here’s what I did help Wynn with:
- Helping him understand how his state of mind impacts his ability and performance.
- Helping him understand where his best performance comes from and what gets in the way of that.
- Exploring the nature of stress and pressure (how it happens and where it come from).
- Guiding him to know where to look when he felt stuck (and where not to look).
- Encouraging him to slow down when things feel busy so he could have higher levels of clarity and be more able to listen to his wisdom and instincts.
- Helping him see that, exactly as he is, he is enough and that he is designed to succeed. To know that within him, he already has everything he needs to do and be well. He lacks nothing and never has will.
The result?
Wynn was able to navigate challenges with clarity, patience, flow, connection, resilience, and ease - which in turn made success a natural by product of being himself.
When your star players understand how their minds work. they naturally navigate through mental interference with ease, they perform better with less mental effort - regardless of circumstances.
And what about the Tridorian Thailand team? What happened to them?
Alongside the outstanding leadership of Tridorian’s CEO, Jimmy Jigmo and his executive team, the Thailand team achieved 250% business growth!
When teams have the right leadership, environment, support, and coaching - they thrive.
