Switch points company is looking for Recruitment Coordinator (Entry-Level) Job Summary - Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. -  Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation, scheduling meetings, and filing paperwork. -  Help with the implementation of HR initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction. - Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings. - Assist in the preparation of payroll data, ensuring accurate tracking of hours worked, leaves, and overtime. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree - From 0 to 2 years of Experience - Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, specifically in recruiting blue-collar workers.
