BioFique Inc. is an Agri-Biotechnology company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The company’s primary activities are in the industrial extraction, purification, and isolation of “Natural Saponins” from the Fique plant. Saponins are commonly used to reduce inflammation and have industrial applications in consumer beverages, pharmaceutical products, and animal feed additives. The BioFique saponins are extracted from the Fique plant which have a much higher concentration of saponins and only take 6 months to regrow. This will place a significant advantage on the quality and supply of saponins in the market. Initial test results show that the Fique saponins have a strong mitigating effect on Coccidiosis & NE (necrotic enteritis) as well as methane and ammonia reduction. We have exclusive access to the Fique plantations in Colombia through our relationships with local government and indigenous farmers. Raw material extraction takes place in Colombia and development and manufacturing takes place in Oklahoma (USA) in collaboration with Oklahoma State University 👨🎓 Department of Animal and Agriculture Sciences.
