Recently, I had the opportunity to work with a phenomenal team at a medical device company. We explored the complexities of determining what content to include in trainings, so that complex content can be more easily consumed. Learning is a complex, interesting, and challenging process. A few takeaways: 1. Alignment around what content to keep in a training is a critical and collaborative process. 2. Using a process for content creation allows for a streamlined, more efficient use of time. 3. It is important to continue asking the question- what do I want learners to know or be able to do after taking a training. When content is carefully curated, learners walk away consuming the most critical pieces of information that lead to skill development. How can Learn Better serve your company?
