The global business is undergoing a profound transformation, incorporating ESG criteria into their core strategies. From traditional principle of profit, a paradigm shift of their business model, has considered with their boarder responsibilities towards the environmental sustainablity, social impact and governance practices. Non profit organisations cannot solve the global problem alone. Development approach except humanitarian actions, non-profit organizations have to change their strategy from charity to business model with fostering partnership with corporate sectors and development of ecosystem on impact investment, to address local problems in education, healthcare, livelihood and infrastructure development along with global problem like climate change.

Inspired by Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) at the Zero Project 2024! I recently had the privilege of attending the Zero Project 2024 conference held at the United Nations in Vienna. Attending this transformative event opened my eyes to the pivotal role of DE&I in advancing #sustainability efforts worldwide. The #zerocon24 brought together a diverse range of experts and stakeholders from more than 100 countries at the #unitednations Office in #Vienna , with #innovations and sessions centered around the topics of #InclusiveEducation, and #ICT. Delighted to see that #Government bodies, #Parliamentarians , #corporates, #foundations, #nonprofit organizations and #Startups are contributing to achieve Sustainable Development Goals #SDGs. When we are facing global issues such as #climatechange, #aiinclusion among other geopolitical issues, the event is a powerful reminder that #sustainability cannot be achieved without addressing the needs of all communities. By embracing DE&I principles, we can create a world where everyone has the opportunity to contribute to and benefit from a healthy planet and thriving society. Supporting Ukraine, developing inclusion and deepening partnerships: key insights from the SoftServe report on sustainable development 2023 SoftServe has published a report on sustainable development for 2023. Last year, the company continued globalizing, opening 12 new offices in 9 countries, including Ukraine. The company continued supporting the country during the war, donating over a billion hryvnias and implementing large-scale charity projects. "We live in a time of significant turbulence and face new challenges every year. Our sustainability programs have long-term strategic goals, but every year we adapt our approaches and introduce new solutions and initiatives to build sustainable and socially responsible practices to benefit our employees, communities and the environment. In 2023, a big focus for us was the development of inclusive practices, volunteering, the adaptation project of veterans, and the continuation of assistance to Ukraine at all levels," comments Director of Corporate Reputation and Sustainable Development Maria Kucherenko. The company was one of the first in Ukraine to publish sustainability reports in 2016. In 2018, only 13% of Ukrainian businesses published their non-financial indicators.
