Hey y'all, happy Wednesday. Hope your day is going well. We are about 45 minutes out from our second open office hours where we'll be meeting with job seekers who are identifying new opportunities for themselves and helping you, you know, figure out how to navigate, you know, this very tricky market right now. Giving tips and tricks and advice on how to optimize your LinkedIn profile and your resume to be found by. Recruiters and hiring managers who are looking for individuals like yourself really focused on separating from the competition and highlighting the key things that people are looking for. So I'm super excited about these office hours and giving back all of the the advice and the perspective that I've been able to gain over the years having hired, you know, thousands of people and. Helped countless navigate their search so really focused on tips and tricks and accelerating through some of the challenges that I'm typically hearing on a day-to-day basis in terms of people applying 2000s of jobs and just not hearing much back from employers. So trying to alter the state from searching to being found and that's been my experience is you know, you're always it's always going to be better when you're found by somebody, but how do you. Be found and that is, you know, one of the the critical pieces of advice that you know, I'm really looking to give out that will help people just really figure out how to navigate.
