AI at Meta’s Post

Introducing Meta Video Seal: a state-of-the art comprehensive framework for neural video watermarking. Try the demo ➡️ https://go.fb.me/bcadbk Model & code ➡️ https://go.fb.me/7ad398 Details ➡️ https://go.fb.me/n8wff0 Video Seal adds a watermark into videos that is imperceptible to the naked eye and is resilient against common video editing efforts like blurring or cropping, in addition to commonly used compression techniques used when sharing content online. With this release we’re making the Video Seal model available under a permissive license, alongside a research paper, training code and inference code.

As we move toward a future shaped by automation, AI, and robotics, it’s becoming clear that we need to free up many jobs to adapt to these changes. This urgency is amplified by the fact that numerous lawsuits against companies and governments are making many people wealthy, as the truth about corruption and hidden practices continues to emerge. Some individuals are already aware of what the future holds, and as these lawsuits unfold, they expose fraudulent and corrupt activities that have gone unchecked for too long. In response, there is a rush to implement robotics, AI, and automation to mitigate the impact of these legal challenges and to reduce reliance on human labor. However, the government is also under intense scrutiny, facing lawsuits for fraud and corruption. These cases, often revealed through AI-driven scans and investigations, highlight systemic issues that have been kept hidden under gag orders or treason contracts preventing individuals from speaking out. While many people are unable to share what they know, I am not bound by such agreements and feel it’s important to address these matters openly. As we navigate this transformative time, we must prioritize creating sustainable solutions for employment -

Meta's FAIR team just released two significant AI tools: LCM, a concept-based language model that understands high-level ideas and supports multiple languages and modalities, and Video Seal, a robust and efficient framework for watermarking videos to verify their authenticity and protect against misuse. These tools have the potential to revolutionize how engineers design, analyze, and secure their work in a world increasingly reliant on AI-generated content.
