This has been a most insightful course, and I very much enjoyed Chris Gibbons' engaging, honest, and story-telling approach to presenting the material. Using real-life examples from varying countries and organizations also assist with getting the message across clearly. Key takeaways: 1. IT'S IRONIC - The pursuit of knowledge can be a form of procrastination. Business Owners often have the knowledge but don't implement it. Why is that? They want certainty that embarking on a specific course of action will guarantee results, and so they hold off, seek more advice, keep looking for more knowledge on the topic ... and never implement!!! The truth is that often we learn more by taking the first step, implementing something imperfect, testing and measuring, evaluating what worked and what didn't, and adjusting our actions in the light of this.
