I’ve learned over the years that the best innovations don’t come from brainstorming sessions—they come from listening to real customers. In the restaurant world, this couldn’t be truer. The most valuable feedback comes from those on the front lines, dealing with daily challenges that most POS providers overlook. I’ve spent countless hours talking to business owners who share their frustrations: managing busy hours without the right tools, struggling with inventory, or trying to get readable reports from systems that don’t keep up. These conversations shape everything we’re working to improve. For me, it’s not just about selling impressive systems; it’s about creating solutions that make life easier for the people using them every day—intuitive solutions that don’t add unnecessary complexity. A POS system should adapt to your business, whether you’re scaling up or adjusting to new challenges. And support should be more than just a script or a long time on hold. When you call for help, you should speak to someone who understands your business and is ready to solve the problem. Customer feedback isn’t just something to collect—it drives everything I’m working on. I’m excited about what’s on the horizon and committed to bringing solutions that make a real difference. #CustomerFirst #InnovationInAction #DavidOnTech #POSFuture

A unified tech system is essential to expanding your QSR to new markets. ✅ Not only does it simplify data analytics and reporting, it also makes delivering a unified brand experience much more effective. When all locations use the same tools, all locations’ data formats, training modules, and other features can be standardized. This leads to consistent operations, smoother change management, and enhanced customer experiences. It’s common for locations in different regions to use different software systems. This makes implementing changes across your entire chain difficult, as not all locations have the same tech stack. But when you concentrate on building your tech stack first and then growing into new markets, you can eliminate that particular hurdle. So, what’s the first thing you should do to create a unified tech stack? Start by analyzing your current systems. ❓How well are the different components integrated? ❓Are there areas for improvement? ❓Do you have any gaps or overlaps in your capabilities? ❓If you’ve been using the same tech system for several years, have you recently investigated what other tools might serve your needs better? ❓Is your current system robust and flexible enough to support platforms and tools in multiple languages and currencies? If you don’t have an experienced and multi-faceted in-house tech team, you may want to consult with a company that specializes in digital transformation and international QSR expansion. They should be able to help you avoid potentially expensive and time-consuming pitfalls. --- 😎 Want to get more insights delivered directly to your inbox? "Can we raise our prices?" Client by client, we regularly hear this question. To get an answer to this, you need to track all the competitors. But it's easier said than done - you need to get data on all your key competitors, each store, each product, and even each channel, from dine-in to a specific delivery platform. Then for a big chain, you also need to do this work for multiple cities. This piles up to hundreds of hours of manual work. And now I'm very excited about a new tool that we are working on in Getplace.io to help answer this question. Just look at this prototype in the picture: How many hours of your work do you think it will safe? https://lnkd.in/emWt42MG

Past few weeks we've been coding and developing a small business solution with my partner in the marketing and full-service IT and marketing company after seeing and siting in meetings the crazy startup and monthly fees for this kind of system for local restaurants and chains I've been talking to. 📞 Test it now: 1-415-941-3228 .. I promise you won't get rick rolled. #rickrolled It's a breakfast and lunch restaurant. I want you to call in and ask things like what's on your breakfast and lunch options, do a takeout order and ask for your total. Just speak to it like you would when placing an order. We're integrating our cutting-edge AI Call Answering System with leading POS platforms: HungerRush, Toast, Square 💡 Why Try It? Seamless Integration: Works effortlessly with your current POS. Efficiency Boost: Manages 500 calls simultaneously, no staff needed. Cost-Effective: Designed for small businesses, avoid hefty annual fees. Customizable: Tailors perfectly to your specific needs. The system is in beta for this Restaurant and what a cool way to let people know. What we are doing. If this is something you might be interested in us building out a system like this contact Michael Josifovski aka MediaFox Creative I'm just the nerd in the background This can be incorporated into any company or niche ...... Call if you have some time, have your kids call its free and you're not going to be charged, it's fun and easy to use, I'm looking to back-test the system and figure out its real-life breaking points, so far, my daughter and plenty of others have with no issues. Going live test production soon with a pizza location. This can work for all industry niche's and fields. #restauranttech #innovations #smallbusinesssupportingsmallbusiness #AIRevolutionInDining #SmartOrderingSolutions #DigitalDining #SaveWithAI
