During my time as a participant in the FIG Mentoring Program for Africa, I had the privilege of being mentored by Mr. Babatunji Adegoke . This 14-hour mentorship program, held between April and July 2024, was instrumental in shaping my personal and professional journey. The program covered several key topics: 1. Time and Priority Management: I gained practical insights into effectively balancing multiple responsibilities and optimizing my time for maximum productivity. 2. Working Towards Certification: This session focused on the critical steps and strategies needed to achieve professional certifications, which has since become a core goal for me. 3. Personal and Professional Development Planning: Mr. Babatunji Adegoke guided me in creating a clear roadmap for both personal growth and professional advancement, sharpening my focus on continuous improvement. 4.
