Companies working to implement AI to automatize their processes must ensure that policies and practices are in place that reduce discriminatory outcomes. Companies should ensure that they understand and are in conformity with regional, national, and international regulations about the ethical use of AI. We must promote an ethical AI. "The negative impact of AI on human rights can come from several sources: poor input or training data, biased algorithmic rules, and bad implementation of the AI outcomes." For example,  "A credit score algorithm may deny credit to some applicants, but grant it to others with very similar financial situations on the basis of criteria unrelated to the financial matters. These rules that allow the unrelated criteria to be taken into consideration are leading to a discriminatory outcome." - Dr. Anamaria Dutceac Segesten, Lund University. They used the "Product of Developers" belief  to highlight AI as a machine made by humans. - Ethics: Ethical concerns about AI included: --Organizations have profit motives and power. --AI systems are fallible and impact people. --AI is inevitable, leading to a sense of resignation among users. --AI lacks transparency, making users unsure of its presence and how it functions. 4. Convergence of Opinions: The general public and experts expressed similar views, with differences mainly in the technical language used by experts. 5.
