Join us in our Tutorial on Thursday, November 14th from 8 am to 12 pm for a nlmixr2 tutorial (cost included in the ACoP registration). By the end of this tutorial you should know how to bring in translation-validated NONMEM and Monolix models into the open nlmixr2 ecosystem (and exporting from the nlmixr2 ecosystem too). This allows use of any of the tools building on nlmixr2 In general we will (briefly) briefly how nlmixr2 models are structured/estimated, and ways you can import/export NONMEM & Monolix models. Once you have them in a nlmixr2/rxode2 format we will talk about simulation, estimation, patient regimen individualization using `posologyr`, as performing optimal design with `PopED`. I will be teaching along with Bill Denney, Theodoros Papathanasiou, Mirjam Trame, and Justin Wilkins. #ACoP2024 #nlmixr2 #rstats
