We've had an exciting month connecting with global and regional air cargo industry leaders. Our journey began at the Air Cargo Forum in Miami, where we joined over 3,500 representatives from more than 80 countries to engage in meaningful discussions on key issues affecting the global air cargo community. During this four-day event organised by The International Air Cargo Association TIACA, we proudly showcased the “Hong Kong Pavilion” in collaboration with our air cargo community partners (Hactl - Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited, Cathay Cargo Terminal, Tradeport Hong Kong Limited) and Invest Hong Kong. In addition to interacting with international supply chain players and promoting the competitive advantages of #HKIA as the world’s busiest #cargo airport, we invited visitors to experience Hong Kong's renowned hospitality through a taste of local delicacies. We also participated in the 14th Asian Logistics, Maritime and Aviation Conference (#ALMAC). Co-hosted by the Hong Kong Government and Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the event attracted around 2,200 participants from over 30 countries and regions. A highlight was the Air Freight Forum that we co-organised with HKTDC, where our expert panels provided in-depth insights into how businesses select their preferred air cargo gateways. They also emphasised the significance of digitalisation and a community-based digital ecosystem in fostering collaboration – both are essential for building a resilient and future-proof cargo supply chain.
