When you see one of Spire’s employees in your neighborhood working in the streets, they are more than likely upgrading our infrastructure through pipeline upgrades. Not only does that work enhance our system reliability – making sure customers have the energy they need – it plays a big role in reducing emissions from our operations. Just last year, we replaced more than 173 miles of aging infrastructure, and that achieved a 13% leak reduction per 1,000 system miles compared to 2022 levels. You can find out more about Spire’s progress in our new Sustainability Report at https://lnkd.in/gyctbG-7.
