🎉 Bringing fun into workshops: 🔹 🔷 the Delft Blue Tile method 🔷 🔹 During my summer holiday, I stumbled upon a gem. A cozy coffee place with tables covered in quotes—funny, inspirational, and thought-provoking. As I sipped my coffee, I felt a spark. This simple, creative touch reminded me of the fun element I love to bring into my Co-LAB workshops. I call it the Delft Blue Tile method. 💙 Under the motto Sharing = Caring, here is how it works: 👉 Participants write quotes, funny remarks, or take aways on paper tiles inspired by Dutch ceramic tradition. 👉 These tiles are then stuck on a wall throughout the session. 👉 By the end, the wall is a mosaic of shared insights—fun, creative, and meaningful. This activity adds a cheerful touch, fostering engagement and ownership. After the workshop, I include a photo of the wall in the follow-up pack.
