Hi, I'm Valando. I'm a civil engineer at the Charming Group. One of my responsibilities is to oversee the construction work of the Next project. The construction of the NEXT began in January of 2024 and so far first floor and 2nd floor slabs have been constructed. This residential building will host 11 apartments and is located near the public center. We have taken all measures to ensure the safety of our future home owners. And to provide the best quality of work, we are looking forward to the completion of this project.
