🇭🇺 Hungary's new immigration measures to offer 24 different residence permits 🇭🇺   ▶ A new immigration law entered Hungary on 1 January 2024, introducing significant changes and stricter conditions to existing regulations for third-country nationals (TCNs). ▶ The new regulations were planned to apply on 1 March 2024, but the implementation rules (executive decrees and detailed provisions) have yet to be announced. ▶ The previous immigration law in Hungary specified 18 types of residence permits. The new regulation outlines 24 types, including 8 for employment purposes. ▶ The residence permit, a relatively flexible category, has been abolished for other purposes.  ▶ One of the most significant changes is that the new law introduces separate categories of work permits for highly skilled and low-skilled guest workers and a new permit for investors. ▶ The guest worker residence permit will only be granted to those employed by specified employers, from selected countries, and in specified occupations. ▶ The new law also introduces a so-called “golden visa”. From 1 July 2024, the guest-investor visa and residence permit will be available, allowing a residence of 10+10 years for a minimum real estate fund investment of 250,000 EUR.   Please 📲 8595338595 or 📧 web@abhinav.com or visit www.abhinav.com and speak with an #abhinavimmigration #visaexperts for a free tailor-made eligibility assessment for Hungary and other EU member nations.   #abhinavsince1994 #immigrationexperts offer #visaservices to professionals, tradespersons, Business persons, HNIs, and Ultra HNIs in 15 global jurisdictions and over 30 immigration programs, including temporary and permanent residency visas, work permit applications, and study admissions and visas.  #hungaryjobs #immigrationnews #visanews #visaconsultants #immigrationconsultants #workineurope #eujobs

Hungary has overhauled its immigration system, introducing a stricter and more detailed structure with 24 different residence permits. This replaces the previous 18 permit system and now offers dedicated categories for highly skilled workers, low-skilled guest workers, and investors. Notably, a "golden visa" program launches in July 2024, granting a 10-year residence permit to those investing a minimum of €250,000 in real estate.

Its a great news for those wish to settle in Europe with their family and achieve EU benefits. Hungary is underrated European destination with a rich history, heritage, beautiful people and landscape. You can experience medieval architecture and lifestyle in the heart of Budapest. Interestingly, Indian Rupee is stronger than Hungarian Forint.

Hungary has implemented a new immigration law, bringing about notable changes and imposing more stringent conditions on existing regulations for third-country nationals (TCNs).
