The Journey of Resilience: A Lesson in Humanity and Struggle Today, while driving from Kadugodi Signal to Marathahalli, I encountered a young man who stopped me to ask for a lift to Nallurhalli Metro Station. Intrigued, I decided to help and learned a story that left me reflecting on the hardships many endure in pursuit of a livelihood. This man, who had walked 2 km already, was on his way to buy a SIM card. In Kadugodi, it cost ₹200, but near Nallurhalli Metro, it was just ₹50. Every rupee mattered to him. He had traveled over 4,000 km from Assam to Bangalore to take up a job in the parking management sector for a salary of ₹15,000 per month. Despite the challenges of living in a new city with limited resources, his determination to make things work was inspiring. When he said, "Bro, I don’t have money," I felt a deep sense of empathy. Here was someone navigating life with minimal means but immense courage, embodying the daily struggles many face in the pursuit of a better future. This interaction reminded me of how complicated the job market can be for so many. While some of us might stress over career growth and work-life balance, others fight for basic survival and opportunities. As professionals, let’s take a moment to appreciate the privileges we have and think about how we can contribute to easing the journey for others, even in small ways. You are just starting your #career. Try working with good brands throughout your career. Work with good people. Get in a cultured organization. Put in your best, without expecting anything in return. Try and surround yourself with positively vibing souls......As you grow in your career, moneys would follow. Chasing moneys in the early stages might lead you to focus solely on financial gain, neglecting the importance of the companies, brands, culture, and people you work with. You might end up on the wrong side of your career, and possibly of life as well. Chasing & working with good brands, good companies, good people will automatically build your own brand, eventually prompting brands, companies & people to chase you. What can a sales role teach you? Today, while in Baroda, I saw a lady selling razors in the scorching heat. She was around 60 years old, carrying a bag full of razors, asking men if they'd buy one. She had to walk door-to-door. I'm sure she had to do this because of some life challenges. After all, why would anyone do such a tiresome, rejection-filled job at that age? After approaching her potential customers, she sat down with a very sad face because no one bought from her. Observing her, I realized a few things: 1) Don’t think you’re the most miserable or sad person in the world. There are many people who struggle even for basic needs. Consider yourself privileged. 2) Value what you have. We often cry about what we don’t have and forget to be grateful for what we do. 3) No matter how big, powerful, or wealthy you become in the future, stay modest and humble. Ground reality shows how it feels when you have nothing. Ending this post with a sentence from Jackie Shroff: "Aju baju agar gum dekhe to apna gum bahot kam hai bawa."

When I was leaving #Hyderabad and Moving to a New City which is #Pune I was indeed stressed out about how things will turn out and how will I be able to manage everything by myself including food travel finances Gym etc..., All these questions bothered me quite Frankly. Unlike Hyderabad where I was staying in my home with my parents and everything is sorted so I don't have to worry much. I knew only one thing that I don't wanna stay in my comfort zone no matter what I understood that Growth happens outside the Comfort Zone. Every time I do something which is very uncomfortable I have come out as a better version on the other side of my discomfort zone. so I took a leap of #faith and I made the transition without having all the answers to the questions in my head and now I look back and I can say that I am #Grateful for this decision of moving out because I have learnt so much about myself and experienced a life of adventure. I believe that everyone should stay independent because every since I started staying #independent I’m very mindful of how I spend my time, energy, and resources. I plan my time energy and resources carefully to ensure everything is optimized and used efficiently, as I can't afford to fall behind. and this is where I feel like I am evolving into a different person altogether. I feel being independent forces you to take utmost responsibility for your life and you build self efficacy which means a belief in yourself that you can figure shit out !! which I believe is a belief that matters the most. "You can get what you want or you can just get old" Three years ago, I was 22 and I started my career journey by selling Cybersecurity, Digital Marketing and Data Science courses over calls. (100 to 200 calls a day) Hailing from a region with no Multinational IT Companies established till date. Back then, I chose to hunt and settle for jobs remotely with companies outside of Northeast, Assam, believing in leveraging my talents and with no relevant experience. Just the ambition to work with the raw skills. I did had instances where I handled two jobs (Part Time and Full Time) at the age of 22 where I used to sit infront of two laptops to support myself as well as my family. I had instances where I worked as a customer support representative and get to listen and respond to the complaints all day long and build the patience every morning. Discovering the world of US-Staffing was a phenomenal journey. Starting as an OPT Recruiter and getting sponsored office trips outside of my state, staying in 5 star hotels and encountering new places felt like a dream for this 22 year old kid. And later, climbing the ladder till the point where handling two departments at the same time, without an MBA degree felt like a piece of cake, yet so self-satisfactory. Networking with professionals and leaders out of my country became a cup of tea. It doesn't ends there. I have had a life of a fulltime musician as well which led to a 7 day working schedule. The weekdays are devoted to office. And I rock the stage on weekends in night clubs and hotels as a vocalist and a guitarist. Sometimes solo and sometimes with a band. This seemed like a piece of cake as well in the end. And I successfully completed 100 gigs in my city. However, with each step up the ladder, I've witnessed the diversification of my journey, leading me towards personal growth and becoming a better human being. Becoming a hustler of this generation. Becoming someone who can take up anything be it a skillset or a job. Research, learn and thrive for it. Self Mastery is in my blood and will always take me to horizons of success. This is my belief system.
