(click through to see video) This was our first fully direct electric Passive House, but still achieving Passive House Plus due to the balance of solar gains, insulation levels and PV system. We are hoping it's will achieve a negative fuel bill due to the battery and time of use tariffs allowing decent prices for export and cheap rate night time electricity to heat the hot water and warm the thermally massive floor (on the rare occasions a Passive House like this needs heating). We will post some data and graphs when we are able to.
