PowerHouse Data Centers continues its rapid expansion into major U.S. data center markets, announcing the acquisition of a 50-acre site in Irving, Texas to develop a nearly 1 million square foot, 200MW hyperscale data center campus called PowerHouse Irving. Located at a prime connectivity hub in the Irving-Las Colinas area, the multi-phase campus will feature three 67MW powered shell data centers, totaling over 946,000 SF when fully built out. With immediate access to ample power through an adjacent substation, the first facility is slated to deliver by late 2025 following construction starting next year. The Irving investment follows PowerHouse's recently announced campuses in Reno, Nevada and Spotsylvania County, Virginia as the company aggressively scales its national data center footprint. Partnering with real estate investment firm Harrison Street, PowerHouse Data Centers is tapping into accelerating cloud and enterprise data center demand across primary and secondary markets. With this latest Texas coup, the PowerHouse Data Centers team is staking a major claim in one of the world's most active data center markets as it races to assemble a national US portfolio of scale.
