Ever make up a word and forget that it’s not ‘real’? Meet ‘dilemmatize’. It’s my favorite made-up word for an experience I sometimes find myself in. Definition: To overthink a dilemma or decision. Synonyms? Overthink, spiral, overanalyze, ruminate… or my favorite – analysis paralysis. It’s when I get stuck looping through options, ideas, and consequences instead of moving forward. Why is this word so useful? It reminds me that sometimes we turn a situation into a verb. And in this case, we get stuck doing the verb. I use this word to recognize when I’m stuck and name the situation. It’s often the nudge I need to move on. #NewWords #AlwaysLearning #MindsetShift

The principle behind the Rule of 5 is consistency over time reaps great rewards. With any goal or aspiration you have, if you do 5 things every day toward that goal, you will eventually reach it and even surpass it. The possibilities are endless. If you commit to doing 5 random acts of kindness each week, that's 260 lives you've touched for good in a year. If you write 5 pages of text a day, you will compose 1,825 pages in a year, which is six 300-page books. If you set out to do 5 things every day toward any goal you have, you will see great things happen in your life! Small steps lead to big accomplishments. How can you apply the Rule of 5 to your life? . . . #WednesdayWisdom #RuleOf5 #GoalAchievement

There is no such thing as getting in shape in 10 days, learn one skill just by taking one class or watching one video or getting promoted because of that one project. To achieve these things and enjoy the 𝑚𝑎𝑔𝑖𝑐 that comes from them, you 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 put in the work. 𝐍𝐨𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨 𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮. #personaldevelopment #dothework #doyourpart

Taking responsibility is critical : People like to blame the actions of others or bad luck for their situation. Sometimes, at least to some extent, it is undeniable that an event or situation may have been caused by external factors. You may feel as though you've been wronged or that something bad that happened wasn't your fault. It doesn't matter who was right and who was wrong in the past. You're merely looking at what you can do to improve your current situation. #bookreading #masterofyoursuccess #selfdevelopment

No matter what you’ve been through, your past does NOT DEFINE you. It can shape you, teach you, even strengthen you—but it doesn’t have to LIMIT you!!! 🌱 Let this be your reminder that every chapter, good or bad, is just PART of your story… one that’s still unfolding. Keep moving forward and let the best chapters be the ones you’re writing now. 🙌💫 Tag a friend who is part of your current chapter! #TheJamieKernLimaShow #JamieKernLima #TrentShelton #Motivation #SuccessTips #StraightenUp

Here’s the truth: Conflict isn’t really about the facts. Let us explain. Arguments are rarely about what they seem to be about. Usually, there's a deeper root cause (the "understory"), and you need to figure out what it is (as fast as you can!). And once you find it, everything shifts. Our new self-paced Intro Course "Investigating the Understory" helps you discover the deeper cause of any #conflict (personal or professional) and make it MORE useful and LESS draining. It’s a quick, 40-minute #introcourse packed with eye-opening lessons, tools, and even a workbook (for those "aha!" moments). This Intro Course (one part of our longer six-part Master Class) is based on our combined experience covering conflict around the world – and training thousands of people just like you. If you’re ready to learn how to turn conflict into clarity, purchase today and discover what your conflict is really about. #goodconflict https://loom.ly/Wcz9aoc

Change starts with a simple question, “Is this the best version of myself I’ll ever be?” If you’re not satisfied with the answer, it’s time to start committing to a change. The change that you want is in the work you’ve been avoiding. Go for the walk today. Dust off the book on the shelf. Get out a pen and scribble some notes. We just need one small act today and then commit to doing it again tomorrow. That’s how change happens. Is today the day you commit to it? #justgetstarted
