Hydroblasting is an environmentally safe means of cleaning a surface to remove paint layers or cleaning dirty surfaces without resorting to abrasive media like sand or grits. The Hydroblasting process involves spraying a jet of hot or cold water through a nozzle at the surface at a very high pressure. There are three levels of pressure used to achieve a desired result: ✅ High Pressure Water Cleaning The pressure ranges between 340 and 680 bar (5000 to 10000 psi). This level is effective in removing rust and paint. ✅ High Pressure Water Jetting This is the pressure when the terminology Hydroblasting is used. It ranges from 680bar to 1700 bar (10000 to 25000 psi). This pressure is highly effective in cleaning ship hulls and in most other industrial applications. ✅ Ultra High-Pressure Hydroblasting The pressure ranges from 1700 bar (25000 psi) and above. This pressure range of hydro-blasting is used in extreme cases for removing paint with very strong adhesion and deep rust, and preparing the surface to bare metal for a fresh application of paint coats. The spray patterns and water temperatures are varied to get the desired results. What is pressure washing? Pressure washing is an essential first step of the coating process. It utilizes pressurized water and is commonly used for concrete, steel, and other substrates that are being prepped for coating. This process helps clean the substrate by removing a variety of visible and nonvisible contaminants. It is sometimes necessary to provide a higher level of substrate preparation, which may lead to abrasive blasting. Water pressure cleaning is categorized as follows: · Low pressure water cleaning is up to 5,000 PSI. · High pressure water cleaning is 5,000 - 10,000 PSI. · High pressure water jetting is 10,000 - 30,000 PSI. · Ultra-high pressure water jetting is over 30,000 PSI. AMPP Water Jet (WJ) cleanliness standards are as follows: · WJ-1 - Clean to bare substrate. · WJ-2 - Very thorough cleaning. · WJ-3 - Thorough cleaning. · WJ-4 - Light cleaning. FSV heat sealing foil (Foil-scrim-PE) / Heat-sealing foil lamination is suitable for lamination of glasswool, rockwool, mineral wool insulation. FSV has thicker heat-sealable PE with good corrosion resistance. There is no need applying extra adhesive. Black coating with fireproof & anti-corrosion performance can be added for the aluminum foil. It is commonly used in applications requiring moisture resistance, such as in construction for vapor barriers, roofing, or insulation materials. It's often used to protect surfaces from dampness while offering durability and flexibility. #moisturebarrier #waterproofing #easyapplication #dustcontrol #constructionmaterials #noncombustible #dustbarrier #Wuxitago #Tagofoil #Aluminumfoil #Alufoil

Wet slurry blasting is significantly cleaner than other forms of blasting. The slurry of abrasive materials utilized during wet blasting can thoroughly blast a wide range of surfaces. Wet slurry blasting requires less post-job cleanup because it combines water with abrasive materials to prepare, polish, and/or reshape surfaces. It also utilizes only 150-250 lbs of abrasive per hour; leaving less to pick up at the end of the project. #GBT #greenerblast #sandblasting #resurface #sandblasting #abrasiveblasting #abrasives #blasting #manufacturing #abrasivesolutions #carrepair #industrialbusiness #industrialwork #distributors #blastingunit #mobileblasting #surfacepreparation #surfacepreparationmachine

Here is one of our trommel screeners cleaning wet, mucky, sticky fines from wood debris. Our west coast weather can be challenging at times. With this unit, we were able to clean up this pile and separate the clean wood for further grinding. No need to pay the extra storage fees to wait for dry weather (ie summer). Have you ever thought of the extra costs incurred by grinding material that is already to size or that shouldn’t be there is the first place? The extra wear, fuel and hours etc? Running a fuel efficient trommel like this not only saves your grinder this extra wear, it allow you to keep the dirt/soil/rocks on sites. You end up with a Cleaner and more useable end wood product and save trucking costs by being able to leave those site materials on site. What stands these trommels apart from the others? 1. Fuel efficiency- these are run with variable displacement hydraulic pumps. That means it only pumps the oil it needs! Less HP, less cooling needs, less fuel and ultimately less $. 2. Punch plate drum with spiral/worm auger to control the flow of material thru the drum. Notice how the material is not being lifted to 12 o’clock and dropped? The punch plate steel is smooth, unlike the woven mesh wrapped drums. This allows the material to glide along the screen and ensure maximum contact for maximum screening productivity and efficiency. 3. Adjustability. There is an infinite amount of adjustment to suit your products being screened. Feed speed, drum rpm, brushes to clean that drum, drum angle to name a few. 4. Load sensing drum with feeder interaction. What this means is the load in the drum is measured by pressure. This load sense can be adjusted to suit your material. Once the pressure limit is hit, the feeder slows down and even stops. It will restart when that pressure limit falls below that setting. This means the drum is never too full or too empty, keeping your material consistent! On site recommendations available. Call or text 604-991-9779
