Gratitude 🙏 The intention behind the camp was to share the basic tools, basic perspectives about everyday routine you can develop for your mental well-being. I am not comfortable with technical one way knowledge imparting sessions. The reason is not only audience but as a person taking the session, it's very difficult to focus on only my part of the story. The tendency to know the perspective of the content been received by the audience makes it easy going and for me the contentment is not just giving them the best I have, it's also about the best what they could receive. I hear many people say that counselling: 🚫 is not for me, and 🚫 I’ll be ok if I just get on with things And some people can go for months and years with those thoughts, and they will have times when they do feel ok and feel like life is getting better, but then they’ll have times when they are not ok, and life isn’t getting better. How do you wake up in the morning? Not specifically how you wake up, but what is you mental state first thing in the morning? For most people, their mental state is the same as it was when they went to sleep. 😴 Mainly because that's what they were thinking of as they drifted off. Of you go to sleep in a negative state, you will most likely wake up in that state too. If you hold on to that state in the morning, you will simply ruin your day. Wake up feeling good, feeling positive. Not in a state of negativity.
