Yesterday at the Toronto CIX Summit, Vinod Khosla shared his insight that the same happened with the internet and the dot-com implosion. Just as internet participation grew regardless of dot-com market valuations, the impact of AI will continue to grow across all industry sectors. For the kids out there, the massive investments during the dot-com boom laid the foundation for high speed global communications, and the internet grew from there. All valuations are ephemeral.
