My favorite big event in Planet Marketing has to be convention. This convention by far. Convention should be on everyone's radar because it is the hallmark of all the planning, marketing representatives coming back to one place to share their vision, they hope and their aspirations as to what they have done or more important, what they intend to do in the future. Big events are part of our culture. I say leaders are born at events where you now get to see your brothers and sisters from all over the globe come together, learn from some of the greatest minds in the industry. They bring in the top thought leaders and speakers. In the industry, for me, convention changes it because we hear, we hear the stories, we see the success, we get to speak to people face to face. This is my favorite big event at the women's locker room and I am not an emotional person, but I teared up at the end when I saw three thousand women interlink their arms and affirmed that they were going to look after one another in life and in business. That was probably the most powerful thing I've ever seen in my life and to be on the stage side watching it was truly, truly mind blowing. We gotta go to big events because you get a chance to work with other people. You get a chance to get to know the top leaders in the company. And guess what? They get a chance to know who you are. And you see people's lives shifted in a moment from a Class A conversation, and then they leave here different than they can. The people come in, they're celebrated and recognized for the hard work that they put in throughout the entire year. It's like a big family reunion, but in business. And you can see the fire and the energy in the room. It's just massive. The convention is where you grow your belief. It's gonna open your eyes, it's gonna show you what's possible and it's gonna give you the fire and it's just gonna make you hungry for more. Convention has been an eye opener. I think I'll be going back to the UK a very much a different leader, a different person.
