Events such as unplanned and unscheduled shutdowns, along with critical failures, significantly raise operational and maintenance costs due to production losses and missed market opportunities. Additionally, they negatively affect the equipment’s lifespan and efficiency. Improving availability through proactive maintenance strategies and continuous monitoring increases the reliability and safety of facilities.
