As I travel from Bucharest back to New York, with a brief layover in the city where I spent a decade, Paris, I’ve dived into Predictable Revenue (Aaron Ross). It's a fascinating read that’s surprisingly hard to put down — I managed to cover nearly half of it on my first flight! What struck me the most? It reminded me of how important it is, in both life and business, to set clear goals, map out consistent actions, and focus on execution. Key Takeaway: Instead of expecting dramatic results right away, recognize the value of aligning every small effort with your bigger picture. Next stop — New York!🗽

Top performers find ways to spend as much time as possible on what matters and as little time as possible on what doesn't. It is not someone else's responsibility to create the conditions for success.

Have you ever felt like a "bull in a china shop," charging through life with unstoppable force, only to realize the need for strategy as your dreams grow? I've been there. I've always been a maverick, a renegade at heart, thriving on sheer momentum. But as my business and ambitions expanded, I saw the need for a more measured approach. It wasn't about losing my edge but about directing my energy more strategically. The shift from relentless force to strategic planning was an exciting evolution. The goal became not just about doing but about doing it with precision, ensuring every move was part of a well-thought-out plan. Central to this new approach was the focus on our clients, making them feel secure and valued, which turned out to be our secret sauce. Looking ahead, I'm thrilled about perfecting this blend of meticulous planning and exceptional service. My team, a group of extraordinary individuals, is fully equipped to deliver on this promise. This journey is a testament to the power of harnessing one's innate strengths in ways that lead to growth and success. To all the mavericks out there, remember: it's about evolving your approach to meet challenges head-on, keeping your spirit alive, and every step you take a testament to your commitment to excellence.

Transformation doesn’t happen overnight. It happens through small, consistent steps. Just two years ago, lifting weights was uncharted territory for my Michael. Today, he’s moving through deadlifts, Bulgarian split squats, pull-ups, and windmills with confidence and strength. 💪 The takeaway? It’s never too late to start. If you’re ready to take that next step, let’s connect and make it happen. 🚀

Do we lose sight of our own growth because we’re too focused on someone else’s progress? Each of us has our own unique skills, experiences, and circumstances. We reach achievements that, for us, may be the peak of our potential right now. Yet, when we look sideways and see others doing “better” by some standard, it can feel discouraging, even defeating. But here’s the truth: their path isn’t ours. We each climb different mountains, face different challenges, and celebrate different victories. If we judge our worth or success by someone else’s achievements, we rob ourselves of joy, pride, and self-compassion. Today, let’s try celebrating our own wins, no matter how they compare to others’. Progress isn’t measured by how high someone else climbs, but by how far we’ve come on our own journey. In focusing on that, we find lasting joy and peace in the process.

In a world that often celebrates quick wins and instant gratification, it's essential to remember that lasting success is a journey, not a sprint. Every meaningful goal—whether it's a thriving career, a strong business, or personal growth—requires time, effort, and resilience. Here’s to embracing the process, staying patient, and celebrating each small step forward. Because, in the end, it’s not just the destination that matters but also the person we become along the way.

Get out of your comfort zone. The willingness to allow yourself to try something and learn from making our mistake will take us far. As managers, empower your employees to try to learn and allow them to feel it’s not the end of the world when mistake happens as long as we learn from it, move forward and do better next time will help build a better team.

What a huge week and it’s only Wednesday. The Middle East event season is starting to gain momentum as we head into the cooler and busier months which is evident by the 7am starts and 10pm finishes (not advisable for a prolonged period of time… the burnout today is real) For the first time in a long time, I finally feel I’m where I want to and should be on this journey called business (and life). Right back to my start up roots. My real happy place and where I am most successful. It’s taken a while to reconcile this as the perception of growth is mostly increased revenue, increase profitability and increase size of team. I’ve learnt that real growth is actually sometimes going backwards, fixing what needs fixing, developing resilience when it’s really attractive to give up, going back to basics, relearning your “why”, being excited again, believing in yourself and your abilities and most of all securing peace by removing unecessay distractions. With a greater focus on the year ahead and more determined than ever its time for some hard work, success and learnings as well as navigating the journey what ever it may be.
