A very powerful message where the bottom video is an example of parenting done RIGHT.  This message really hits home about how important it is to connect with our kids. Just look at the child's reactions and expressions in the video below—it shows how THE tight approach to parenting with emotional intelligence. It makes you think about the downside of just handing over a phone or tablet to keep a child busy. Kids miss out on crucial interactions, which can lead to mental health struggles and difficulty handling life's challenges later on. It's a heartfelt reminder for all parents to really be there and engage more with the little ones. Be the change to ensure that your kids are equipped to become healthy and fully humanly functional adults.

Digital is good - but not allways..,

This reminds me of a song by one of my favorite artist, Allen Stone. The song is titled “Lay It Down”. It’s a song that very cleverly plays on the romance and attachment we have with technology — specifically our phones. I would encourage everyone to not only prioritize human interaction with your family and friends, but also remeber to think about the humanity in solving problems. Is your company technologically advanced, but failing at employee morale? Is the product you’re bringing to market mobile-friendly but your customer service reps have no soft skills or communications training? Is your “Voice of the customer” data based solely on an online survey versus having a conversation with a focus group of your customers? I’ve been in a tech-heavy industry my entire career. Encourage children to express their thoughts and concerns, and actively listen to their perspectives. 4️⃣ Tech-Free Zones: Designate tech-free zones or times during the day, such as meal times or family outings, to encourage uninterrupted bonding. Technology should be approached mindfully and intentionally to harness its potential in strengthening our relationships, while not overshadowing the richness of human connection.
