Day 1 at the E3 conference was an eye-opening dive into how AI and digital transformations are revolutionizing HR practices for long-term success.
Our CEO Chizor Malize set the tone with a powerful welcome address, emphasizing AI's potential to reshape workplaces for the better. Following this, Temi Dalley our Board of Advisory Chairman, delivered an insightful speech on the strategic importance of embracing digital innovations.
The keynote speaker Evi Ifekwe (B.Sc. M.B.A., FCIPD, UK, FCIPM) began the address by emphasising commitment and lack of fear in driving AI and we should embrace AI and Digital Transformation.
Plenary 1 was particularly enlightening, focusing on the intricate impacts of AI on the future of work. Speakers delved into topics such as AI-driven automation, the evolution of job roles, and the importance of upskilling in a digital era. Discussions also touched on how AI can enhance decision-making processes and promote a more agile workforce.
In Plenary 2, the spotlight shifted to Data-Driven Performance Management. Experts highlighted the role of AI in optimizing employee productivity and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Practical strategies for leveraging data analytics to drive employee engagement were shared, showcasing real-world examples of successful implementations.
One standout moment was the master class led by Eyitayo ' where attendees gained actionable insights into utilizing data for personalized employee experiences and improved performance outcomes. The day concluded with a thoughtful closing remark by our Company Secretary, Alaba Ekundayo Ekundayo, urging us to embrace innovation and digital transformations in HR for sustainable organizational growth.
