💡 Deloitte recently published our State of Gen AI in the Enterprise Q2 report (https://lnkd.in/gd9AGsky) - which was incredibly timely as I prepare to head to UNLEASH tomorrow to listen to Russell Klosk (智能虎), Jeanie Cole, and Greg Vert speak.
💭 Two major takeaways from the Q2 report that need to be addressed to scale the usage of Gen AI within your enterprise:
#BuildingTrust - be clear on what data is being used to inform your models; how the data is being used to train; who has access to the data; and ultimately what the models are being used to do
#EvolvingtheWorkforce - be proactive in engaging workers to help redesign roles, activities, and work outcomes as AI capabilities continue to expand. I like a quote I heard recently, your workforce wants to be "Builders, Not Bystanders" in the process of infusing AI into how work gets done.
Stay tuned later this week as I'll share interesting takeaways from Unleash - and also take a read of the Gen AI report for

Seems #Employerbranders are performing a constant balancing act trying to work out how to position, message or simply serve-up the things that matter to meet the differing needs of a multi-generational #workforce.
At the recent TQ EB Think Tank, we started to unpack what things appeal to different #generations, but the bigger question remains: Are we sure that what we’re saying is actually resonating, reaching or connecting with people? And… is the one-stop shop EVP to tell the story out of date?
So, how do you stop your EVP from becoming irrelevant?
Hit us up with your approach and if you think it’s time to sunset the traditional mass-market approach.
We’ll be diving into this topic and more at the next TQ EB Think Tank in Melbourne soon.

HR Operations isn't dead, but your system is.
In 1 year we:
→ increased operational efficiency by 47 %
→ grew employee engagement by 30%
→ increased retention rate by 25%
This is the one area of HR remote start-ups sleep on.
But those who use it will scale fast without compromising the quality of work and high turnover rates.
Every bit of data we have at HR Advisory Corner proves it.
Want a free 1:1 consultation?
I'll show you how to get these results: https://lnkd.in/dSRp_MET
We are starting to work towards an all-of-R&D get together early next year. Ideally it will be ~165 people in one place. We will likely hire someone to help us organise the event.
If you have had a big gathering of people in recent times, what was your one lesson learned or thing you’d do again?
